1. Complete the online form:

2. Prepare an email to, Mark@BlacksandTactical.com 
3. In the subject line write, "Combat Guarantee/You Name"
4. Attach a photo of the (a) used gear, a photo of the (b) incident (if possible), and a (c) purchase receipt. 

5. Send the email.

Conclusion - After reviewing your incident, you'll receive a mailing/stocking fee and the replacement will be delivered.

The guarantee does not cover neglect, misuse, or equipment after its expiration/life span or beyond its traditional use.
