HCSO American Flag (Subdued Patches)

The American flag, also known " Glory" the "Stars and Stripes," features 13 alternating red and white stripes representing the original colonies, and 50 white stars on a blue field symbol the 50 states. When subdued the flag represents tactical appearance to help a uniform not draw too much attention.
